It was developed by Bill Kennerly and Sean Wiseman.  It was one year in the development stage and the prototype name was called Coyote.  Now that it is finished, in production, and ready for the market place, the official name is the Kodiak.  It is patent pending and is distributed by Jeff Schneider and RMBEV scooters out of California.  We are now actively looking for dealers in most areas.  Below is video of the prototype and the finished product.
